The CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions) for the Legends subdivision require that all architectural, landscaping and exterior painting changes to a property must be requested and approved by the Legend’s Architectural Control Committee (ACC) before a homeowner implements the change to their property. This is necessary to insure that the property value of all homeowners is protected by maintaining the aesthetics and overall attractiveness of our community. Please use the appropriate form below to submit your requests.  Allow for up to two weeks for a reply. A member of the ACC will contact you to discuss your request in greater detail if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Architectural/Landscape Request Form
The Legends Covenants require that all construction of fences, sheds, home improvements, etc. be reviewed and approved by the ACC Committee. Please click here to download the request forms that include instructions on where to submit and contact us with any questions or concerns.

Exterior Painting Request Form
The Legends Covenants require that all changes to the exterior color of outside structures on the property (including but not limited to House, Storage Buildings and Fences), be approved by the ACC Committee.
